Shri Anil Jain, Advocate is one of the founder Partners of M/s S.P. Jain & Associates, a leading law firm in the field of taxation and corporate laws since 1988. The firm was formed along with his father Shri S.P. Jain, Advocate. He has qualified LLB from Delhi University in 1984 and got himself registered with Bar Council of Delhi and holds full time practice since then. He has vast experience of handling Income Tax, Sales Tax, Company law and Arbitration matters from last more than 26 years at original side as well as appellate levels. In 2010 he has formed a new Company ACEINDIA Legal Consultants LLP as Partner with his son Shri Rishab Jain who is engaged in providing consultations especially in the field of taxation (including International Taxation), corporate laws, Business Laws, Labour Laws besides arbitration and prosecution matters

Shri Rishab Jain, Advocate has qualified LLB (Hons.) five years integrated programme from Amity Law School (GGSIP University) in 2009. Besides this he has done PGD in Cyber Laws from Asian School of Cyber laws and holds a certificate from WIPO academy for successfully completing a general course on Intellectual Property Rights. He has taken training under various law firms and also worked as judicial clerk with Delhi High Court Judge for a period of 6 months. Thereafter he has joined the family business of legal profession as a Partner of ACEINDIA Legal Consultants LLP and is looking after the field of Corporate laws, Mergers and Amalgamation, Taxation and allied fields.

Shri Naman Jain, Advocate has qualified BA.LLB (Hons) five years integrated programme from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). Besides this he has successfully completed courses on ‘Cyber Laws’ and ‘Intellectual Property Right and Information Technology in the Internet Age” from Indian Law Institute. He has taken intensive training under various law firms and thereafter, joined the family business of legal profession as a Partner of Ace India Legal Consultants LLP and is looking after the field of Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate laws, Taxation.
