Shri Anil Jain, Advocate is one of the founder Partners of M/s S.P. Jain & Associates, a leading law firm in the field of taxation and corporate laws since 1988. The firm was formed along with his father Shri S.P. Jain, Advocate. He has qualified LLB from Delhi University in 1984 and got himself registered with Bar Council of Delhi and holds full time practice since then. He has vast experience of handling Income Tax, Sales Tax, Company law and Arbitration matters from last more than 26 years at original side as well as appellate levels. In 2010 he has formed a new Company ACEINDIA Legal Consultants LLP as Partner with his son Shri Rishab Jain who is engaged in providing consultations especially in the field of taxation (including International Taxation), corporate laws, Business Laws, Labour Laws besides arbitration and prosecution matters
